You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returns Policy
YCÉLE processes orders Monday to Friday (10:00–18:00), with orders placed after 16:00 on Fridays processed the following Monday. Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days, while Haute Couture items may take up to 20 working days. Free UK Mainland delivery is available on orders over £300 (excluding VAT), except for Rural Scotland. Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers like DPD, EVRI, Royal Mail, and FedEx for international orders. Customers will receive email or SMS updates with a 1-hour delivery window. Note: delivery times are from the dispatch date, not the order date. Import duties may apply to international orders, and CÉLE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Hazardous items cannot be shipped outside the UK.
