CÉLE Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused.

The CÉLE security or brand tag must be attached in its original position on the packaging.

Include the Void Security Label and all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Return Instructions:

Ensure items are in the same condition as received.

Returns not meeting our policy will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if not using our standard return service.

Returns from a different country than where the order was received will incur additional costs, except in cases of incorrect or faulty items.

Account and Order Restrictions:

We offer a flexible returns policy but monitor return behavior. We reserve the right to close your CÉLE account or restrict orders if our policy is breached. Please read our Terms & Conditions.

Order Cancellation (Consumer Contracts Regulation):

To cancel an order, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items.

How to Cancel:

Through your registered account on our website.

By SMS with your name, address, and order reference.

By completing and returning the cancellation form to Customer Services or emailing CS@cele-couture.com.
