Shipping Policy
CÉLE processes orders Monday to Friday (10:00–18:00), with orders placed after 16:00 on Fridays processed the following Monday. Standard delivery takes 7–10 working days, while Haute Couture items may take up to 20 working days. Free UK Mainland delivery is available on orders over £300 (excluding VAT), except for Rural Scotland. Deliveries are handled by trusted couriers like DPD, EVRI, Royal Mail, and FedEx for international orders. Customers will receive email or SMS updates with a 1-hour delivery window. Note: delivery times are from the dispatch date, not the order date. Import duties may apply to international orders, and CÉLE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Hazardous items cannot be shipped outside the UK.

CÉLE Return & Cancellation Policy (Summary)
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and have original tags and packaging, including the Void Security Label.
Final sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless using our return service. Extra charges apply for international returns (except for faulty/incorrect items).
Non-compliance with return conditions may lead to account restrictions.
Cancellations (under Consumer Contracts Regulation) must be made within 7 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping.
